There are very few things I hate about camping. I'm not going to list them all, but one is walking through the grass with fresh morning dew in the wee hours before anyone is awake, only to get wet sand and gravel all over your clean feet then attempting to crawl back in bed. never fun.... Now, on the other hand there are thousand things I love about camping. For starters walking back from the bathroom with wet, sandy, gritty feet looking up and seeing this view. It's pretty breathtaking!! I could go on forever about the fun we had, the love that was shared, and the memories that were made. You kinda really have to be there to fully understand what it's like. For all of my days I will cherish these adored moments, and know that I am sharing something really special with my children. With hopes the tradition will live on in them.
This year was extra special, We got to reveal that WE ARE HAVING ANOTHER BABY!!! yes you read right. A sweet little baby Theriot is waiting to make there joyous debut. So say a little prayer for me and this new addition for next year. Camping with a little one is not easy, but I can't wait to give it a go.
Linc got to spend much needed time with his cousins, and they played and played.
They got to throw rocks.... As you can see, they had a few to choose from..
They fished...
Fished some more....
Still more fishing...
Yup... as you can see a lot of fishing was going down. Blayne and his tiny hoard of littles barely left the shore. Linc even caught 2 fish. "mostly on his own." He was not really impressed... look at that face.
My sweet nephew loved every minute of it!!
Linc and his girls.. they are going to give him a run for his money.
Blayne did take a break from fishing only to play games.
Next year will be very different with a new camper. I can't wait to see these pictures and precious memories grow.
Congratulations!!!! We are so happy for you guys and I know Lincoln will be a "great" big brother.
